When participating in the class please make sure you go at a pace and level which is comfortable to you with no pressure. If at any time during a class you feel unwell or become unwell, experience dizziness or pain, you should cease the exercise and seek medical assistance as required. Your participation in classes is entirely voluntary and you may opt out at any given time if you so wish.

 

You should not attend class if you are too unwell to attend. Information provided through Natasha, Spires Fitness, does not purport to be and must not be taken as medical advice, therefore, before starting any exercise regime you should consider consulting your doctor, especially if you have any medical condition(s) or are taking medication, are pregnant or have any related concerns. If your health conditions changes after completing a PAR-Q please inform the Natasha and complete a new PAR-Q with up to date details of your current health.

 

By participating in classes with Natasha, Spires Fitness, you recognise that there is always an element of risk involved with any physical activity and your attendance at or participation in any Session is solely at your own risk. Natasha, Spires Fitness, will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, which arises out of or is in any way connected with your attendance at or participation in any Session, online fitness video, equipment used within class (either the clients own equipment, or the instructors equipment), or any information shared on our website/social media pages.

 

If undertaking a class online, Natasha, Spires Fitness, will not be liable for any injury, damage to any property and you are in a room safe to workout. By agreeing you are confirming that you are fit and well and able to take part in any Natasha, Spires Fitness classes and agree to follow the class instructions issued by the instructor. Where any medical condition, discomfort or injury becomes applicable when participating in a class, you are responsible for stopping and checking with your GP/Medical professional to ensure you are able to participant in this activity. You confirm you do not have a heart condition affected by physical exercise, take any medications that exercise will affect or from any joint pain that exercise will aggravate.

 

I agree to Natasha, Spires Fitness, collecting and storing my personal data for purposes relating to any health needs I may have in relation to the delivery of exercise classes, and to keep me updated about the group exercise classes. My signature also acknowledges my consent to be videotaped, audio recorded and/or photographed during the class, and grants the instructor the sole right to own, use and modify the images and/or recordings for any and all purposes worldwide, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing, and all commercial purposes and in all forms of media, without any compensation (including royalties) in perpetuity. I waive any right to inspect or approve any images or recordings and waive any rights of ownership to the same.

There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site. We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. Natasha Spires Fitness has the right to cancel classes if there is not enough in attendance and will refund the booking of the class. Classes must be cancelled within 12 hours to obtain a refund or class credit. Natasha Spires Fitness has the right to cancel a membership if required.
