HOT Fitness Pilates is a powerful 1-hour full body workout combining the principles of Pilates with the performance-enhancing benefits of infrared heat.
Delivered in a professionally heated studio (approximately 36°C), this class is designed to improve posture, build deep core strength, increase flexibility, enhance balance and develop lean muscular tone — all within a structured and supportive environment.

Why Infrared Heat?
Unlike traditional heating systems, infrared heat gently penetrates deep into the muscles (without UV exposure), raising your core temperature safely and effectively.

Is It Right For You?

It is not suitable for:
• Pregnancy
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Serious heart conditions
• Anyone advised to avoid exercise in heat
Safety is always prioritised, with proper screening and clear hydration guidance.

• A large towel to cover your mat
• Optional small face towel
