About Me – Founder of Spires Fitness
Hi, I’m Tasha, the founder of Spires Fitness, and I’m so glad you’re here.
My journey into fitness didn’t begin with confidence or perfection — it began with overcoming anxiety, self-doubt, and learning first-hand how powerful movement can be for both mental and physical wellbeing.
Alongside being a qualified fitness instructor, I also work within healthcare, which has shaped everything I believe about movement, health, and people.
Because of my healthcare background, I understand that fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Bodies are different. Minds are different. Confidence levels are different. And that’s exactly why Spires Fitness was created — to offer a pressure-free, judgement-free, supportive environment where everyone feels safe, welcome, and encouraged to move at their own pace, within their own capability.
At Spires Fitness, it’s never about how you look, how fit you are, or whether you’ve exercised before. It’s about how you feel.
My classes are designed to be inclusive, adaptable, and empowering — whether you’re walking into your very first class feeling nervous, returning after a break, or building strength and confidence week by week.
Mental wellbeing is just as important to me as physical strength. Having supported people through anxiety both personally and professionally, I’m passionate about creating classes that feel calm, uplifting, and motivating — not intimidating. You’ll never be shouted at, pushed beyond your limits, or made to feel like you don’t belong. You are always encouraged, supported, and celebrated.
